In-Stock Policy

We try our best to represent current "real-time" inventory on our e-commerce website, but at times our quantity of in-stock product could be off. We will refund transactions related to out of stock purchases. The reversal of funds are normally very fast, but we can not guarantee when funds will become available to you because each bank processing time is different. If you still have questions or concerns, please contact us.

It is DEFCON Gloves standard practice to ship partial orders. Customers will usually be notified on the same day that their partial order is to ship out.

Internet orders usually process within 1-2 business days.

Order Tracking

All orders come with delivery confirmation. You can check your order on the USPS website. Delivery confirmation tracking number can be found in the notes section of your order which can be accessed from your Account Dashboard after you log into our website.

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase from DEFCON Gloves online store (http://www.defconnect.com) simply return it with a copy of your receipt within 30 days for a full refund minus restocking fee. All returns must be new, unused, and include the entire original manufacturer's packaging. We do not accept returns postmarked more than 30 days from delivery date. We request you try on any gloves or clothing indoors before taking off the tags, throwing away the packaging, standing near someone who is smoking or using the product outdoors. If it is a gift, please block out the price instead of removing the tags. That' it!

Free Shipping/No Sales Tax

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to a physical address anywhere in the contiguous United States.

DEFCONNECT.com is located in Oregon, a no sales tax state. Therefore, no sales tax of any kind will ever be added to your order, no matter where you live.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via USPS. The actual shipping charge is queried from the USPS Rate Servers and displayed, so you know the precise cost of your international shipping. Orders to Canada can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. Returns / Exchanges for international orders are subject to return shipping costs.

USPS calculates shipping cost according to its own parameters, however some times the actual size of your package may exceed those parameters incurring additional shipping costs, in that event we will contact you with any additional shipping costs.
